What Else Is There?

A typical day for me is planning my classes and events, writing recipes, dealing with enquiries and using social media to develop my brand as well as the ones I am working for. As well as this I also manage to squeeze in being Executive chef at the Mercure Hotel in Auckland.

I have re-invented restaurants and have used that to my advantage with the development of the website..
