Private In-Home Dining

 

 

If you are having an important dinner party, don't stress about the mess or doing dishes, hire Chef Kevin Blakeman to completely cater and present your food for you.

 

Menus are personally tailored for you or you can leave it to the chef. Whether it be your birthday and you would like a degustation menu for you and your partner or a party for larger numbers, what ever the job as long as you have the space we can serve it.

 

All prices are per person and a demonstration by the chef can be added for a $10 per person surcharge. The organiser of the dinner must choose the menu for the whole table, the only alternatives permited are dieatary alternatives.

 

Prices are as followed:


$89 per person for 3 course menu.

$150 per person 6 course degustation – Most popular option

 

$210 per person 7 course grand degustation

 

$250 per person 12 course feast - small plates of spectacular flavours carefully created for when you really want to impress. Includes canapes and finishes with a cheeseboard.

 

$10 per person for canapes pre meal (4 different items each)

Matching wines can be discussed

 

$10 pp for cheeseboard instead of dessert - these cheeses will be a unique selection which will be slected by the chef and a master of cheese from Sabato

 

There is no travel costs involved for anywhere in Auckland instead there is minimum spend of $600 for most dinners.

 

The Rules

 

A 10% deposit is required to book a date and secure it for you.

Payment is made 7 days in advance.

A minimum spend of $600 ususally applies.

Croquery is built into the price.

If Matching wines is selected then Glasses are also included in that price.

Host is responsible for table decoration.
