600g Plain flour
6g Baking powder
10g Cumin seeds (toasted)
10g Fennel seeds (toasted)
50g Almonds (gently roasted)
- 1.Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and eggs to make a dough.
- 2.Then mix in seeds and nuts then shape to 500g logs.
- 3.Rest for 15 minutes.
- 4.Cook at 180 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
- 5.Slice into ½ an inch thick and bake again at 120 degrees for 10 minutes, turn over the slices and bake again for 10 minutes.
