Biscotti


Ingredients


600g Plain flour

400g Sugar

6g Baking powder

5 Eggs

10g Cumin seeds (toasted)

10g Fennel seeds (toasted)

50g Almonds (gently roasted)

100g Pistachios

 

Method



  1. 1.Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and eggs to make a dough.
  2. 2.Then mix in seeds and nuts then shape to 500g logs.
  3. 3.Rest for 15 minutes.
  4. 4.Cook at 180 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
  5. 5.Slice into ½ an inch thick and bake again at 120 degrees for 10 minutes, turn over the slices and bake again for 10 minutes.
