Marinated Olives

 

This is a really great recipe for any olives and even best ones can benefit from just a few little tricks!

 

You preferably have to do this in a large batch but they will last forever so don't worry about them going off.

 

Basically mix all the below ingredients and then ake in a 180C Oven until the olives just start to blister, then transfer them to a glass airtight jar.


900g Olives

200ml Olive oil

200ml Regular cooking oil

50g Thyme, picked not chopped

50g Rosemary, picked not chopped

50g Peeled Garlic cloves

3 Oranges, skin only, just eat the flesh!
